RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Course Administration
  • Exam organization
  • Materials management
  • Classroom management
  • Customer Service: Support with organising events/ activities for students
  • Handle students’ requests/ complaints on a daily basis
  • Re-enrolment follow up
  • Inventory management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred
  • Experience working in customer service or administration in foreign invested companies.
  • Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese (at least Pre-intermediate 4 level)
  • Problem solving skill
  • Be able to work on shift
  • Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
  • Computer Familiar with MS Office
  • Age range: 21 to 30
  • Well-presented, enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
  • Available for shift working
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
