RESPONSIBILITIES
- Course Administration
- Exam organization
- Materials management
- Classroom management
- Customer Service: Support with organising events/ activities for students
- Handle students’ requests/ complaints on a daily basis
- Re-enrolment follow up
- Inventory management
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate, qualifications in English and education are preferred
- Experience working in customer service or administration in foreign invested companies.
- Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese (at least Pre-intermediate 4 level)
- Problem solving skill
- Be able to work on shift
- Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
- Computer Familiar with MS Office
- Age range: 21 to 30
- Well-presented, enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
- Available for shift working
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
